About Us
My name is Steve Conroy. My wife Mary Ann and I are from the Panhandle area in Florida. We have operated our property management company, One Source Associates, for 10 years. We specialize in vacation rentals of high-end beach houses on the Gulf Coast. We are very familiar with building and development in a coastal environment. We are continuing to do a booming business with our vacation rentals, even in a "down" economy. But we also see the amazing opportunity available now on the Pacific Coast in Ecuador. Now is the time!
We have teamed up with a proven Contruction Company and have hired "high rise experts" with 20 years of building experience in Ecuador. Our builder is very well respected in Ecuador, and has a reputation for quality. Look at our Gallery page. You can see samples of actual completed buildings, including many large construction projects in the area. You can see "World Class" quality of construction in their work, and the attention to detail in the finish work.
My wife Mary Ann holds an accounting degree and has many years of expericence in commercial lending. I have an economics degree and many years of experience in property managment, and finance. I have also worked in coastal engineering here in Florida. So we have an experienced "team" assembled to develop Crucita Del Mar.
We don't cut any corners to make an extra buck. We currently don't work through any realtors, and we pass those savings on to our customers.
